All around amazing experience! (Especially being opening night) Service was top notch. Our water glasses never got below half. Food was amazing. The desserts were incredible, we loved the olive oil cake most. Cocktails were also very good, unique and well priced. Atmosphere made me feel like we weren’t in Athens anymore in the best way! So excited about this addition to town. We will be back soon.
Absolutely INCREDIBLE. Stop reading this and book it. Montana was our server and she went above and beyond for our anniversary. The whole staff made us feel so special! We had the grilled artichokes, cacio e pepe, the agnolitti, the lamb, and the chicken and they threw in a desert that was scrumptious! The food, atmosphere, service was PHENOMENAL. 100/10 would recommend! Get your behind over there!
Beautiful and elegant atmosphere for a dinner date! The service was exceptional! Our server Marina was one of the best servers we’ve ever had and she did not fail to make our experience memorable. From surprising us with an appetizer to giving us a different pasta when we weren’t a fan of the first one, she did incredible! Definitely recommend trying this place out!
My Wife and I went here for our 2 year anniversary had a note on our table congratualting us with the signature of each of the staff working that night in it. This was a simple but super sweet detail that we loved. The service was excellent, the vibes were great, and the food was had us wishing we had two stomachs. We ordered the three course curated meal which allowed us to try a great variety of their menu without breaking the bank. We will surely come back and try more!
We were blown away by Indigo Road Hospital Group's latest creation Osteria Olio in the Rivet House in Athens Ga. Brenda and I were staying at the Rivet House to attend the Georgia Tennessee game and ended up eating dinner and brunch at Osteria every night and day. Steve Palmer who we met there has hit a home run with Osteria Olio a 5 star gourmet dining experience. AJ is the star host/manager who gave us a great table every time, the food was delicious including bone in New York Strip for me and the Spaghetti Alla Bolognese for Brenda. My steak and eggs at breakfast was the best I ever had in my life. The Martinis were perfectly mixed by bartender Graham. The vibe at dinner was subdued elegance with stunning well dressed customers all feeling blessed to be dining in a such a beautiful built-out space. Thank you Indigo Road Hospitality for giving Athens Osteria Olio which has now joined the A-list of gourmet dining experiences in Athens.
Overall rating: 4.5 stars rounded up to 5. Went here for brunch. There’s isn’t quite a place like this in Athens — an upscale place where you could get a weekend brunch. The food is a solid 4 stars. Well executed and somewhat innovative. Service and ambiance are 5 stars. Would try dinner here sometime.
Amazing visit celebrating a birthday, the holidays and simply just being with my son, daughter and son in law. JR provides incredible cuisine with handmade pastas and special touches to each dish, it seemed that we had one of everything and truly enjoyed them all. AJ lead the front of house team exceptionally. Discreet, professional service along with well crafted cocktails in an impeccably clean and beautiful setting. Indigo Road certainly has another jewel with this one in The Rivet Hotel. Kudos to the entire team.
Osteria Olio was such a unique experience! You can tell the management is focused on a specially curated experience for their guests. Service is top notch and the food is incredible. You can’t go wrong with the dishes here. They are also great at accommodating food allergies and preferences. We’ve heard great things about their chef curated family style menu (looking forward to trying that in the future). We especially enjoyed the rigatoni and mafalde pasta dishes (pictured) as well as the house focaccia. If we could have done anything differently we would have gotten two orders of the focaccia, it was so amazing. Our server Rebekah was so attentive and friendly. Thank you Osteria team for an outstanding experience! Looking forward to our next visit.
